Pogo - AI Animation and Dubbing

It feels like AI comes to the rescue when normally you would tell a client no. A friend of mine asked me if I could help him take some images and make them come alive. This was the process. Perfect? No, but pretty good for a fuzzy image.

The process:
Photoshop to extend borders to 16x9
Kling.AI to animate the image
Vikpea to enhance, upscale, and extend the framerate
Record my voice, then use Elevenlabs to transform into another person for inflections
Heygen to create lip dubbing
Vikpea to enhance and denoise the footage
After Effects to color correct
